Off-Track Betting, a (formerly?) government-owned company which operates several shops in New York City and on Long Island. These are small places where you can watch horse racing simulcasts on large TV screens and wager legally. A good way to experience all the thrill of losing your paycheck at the racetrack without having to smell horse shit.
