| Mr. Nutty is a frequent character in the comic Pokey the Penguin. Mr. Nutty is a snowman with a pipe who drinks far too much whiskey. Mr. Nutty is well known for one liners, such as "give me 500cc of whiskey, stat!" and for saying "old bean" and other such phrases. My theory is that Mr. Nutty is, in reality, a symbolic capitalist aristocrat! Ever notice how he has a mansion, factorys, headed a school of placemat design, ripped off Pokey and friends at Nuttyland? Maybe so, maybe so...
