The evil god of rot and decay in the Forgotten Realms. He lived in a realm called Offalmound (although it has another name) in the Abyss (see Planescape), and was killed by Finder Wyvernspur. Rumour has it that Moander is coming back, for details of which, see Demihuman Deities by Eric L. Boyd.
