Marmite and tomato ketchup sandwich

Serves one

Ingredients:

• 2 slices high-quality thick white bread
• Butter or margarine
• Tomato ketchup
• Marmite

Thinly butter one side of both slices of bread. Add a thin layer of Marmite on top of the butter or margarine. Add a thin layer of ketchup on top of one slice only. Place the non-ketchuped slice Marmite-face-down on top of the ketchuped slice. Cut in half, and eat with care.
