Manex is a visual effects/special effects group based in Alameda, CA. Most geeks will know them as the wizards behind the fx in The Matrix (inventing bullet time, etc.), but they also did the cool stuff in What Dreams May Come. They have a history of not only doing effects well, but of engineering new techniques of lasting value to the fx community.
