Makers of the finest quality pencil crayons around. These pencil crayons usually came in packs of 12 or 24, but I seem to remember hearing rumours of a mystical 48-pack. These pencil crayons came in handy clear plastic packs, usually contained all the colours you required and hardly ever broke or canoed in the sharpener (unlike three star brand pencil crayons).

Probably the best aspect of the Laurentien pencil crayons were the colour names, like Photo Brown, Chestnut Brown, Lemon Yellow, Natural Flesh and Lawn Green.
