The largest lake in Wisconsin, Lake Winnebago covers 215 square miles, is 28 miles from north to south, and 10.5 mile from east to west. It lies in Northeast Wisconsin, between Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago, and Fond Du Lac Counties. On the northern shore is Appleton and the Fox Cities, Oshkosh is on the western shore, and Fond Du Lac is on the southern shore.
