Small resort town in Co Clare on the west coast of Ireland. Noted for its golf courses and surfing.

I know nothing about the golf, but the surfing can be good there. Lahinch has been described as the closest thing in Ireland to a surf town (personally I think Bundoran is closer). There is a nice beach break there but it can be very popular.
