"Kuru kuru" is the sound made by something spinning around -- in this case, the blades of a sort of helicopter. Kururin is the name of the protagonist of the game. A badly-translated English equivalent might be "Thwop Thwop Thwopley".

From the screenshots, it appears to be a scroller like River Raid or Super Cobra, where hitting the walls will kill you. However, there's a twist: you are represented by a slowly turning blade, so you can get through narrow passages only when the blade is aligned properly! This looks like a great motion planning game -- I'm tempted to get a Game Boy Advance and hit eBay just so I can play this one.
