| This is one of the more amusing things to watch in life, especially when said kitten is hyper and trying to run and/or change direction suddenly. Kittens don't have a grasp on the concept of the coefficient of static friction, so they don't generally adjust for this when their paws are wet.
So of course, the kitten tries to accelerate suddenly and finds himself running rapidly in place while slowly accelerating.
Or he tries to change direction suddenly and *flumfphs* on his side, then looks up at you as if saying, "I meant to do that."
Or he tries to stop suddenly while he's running full tilt toward a wall. Like a car with no brakes.. *WHUMF* *headshake* "I'm okay! Really!"
Who needs Comedy Central? Nature is sometimes the funniest of all. |
