A Kevorkian's Ingredients:

Bread of your choosing - I invariably go for the Bulkie Roll.
Hot (as in spicy) Pastrami
Fucking Bacon, man.
Cheddar cheese
Frank's Red Hot
Optional Dragon's Breath (and you'd better go for that option, bubba)
The usual assortment of optional extras (lettuce, tomato, onions, salt, pepper, et cetera)

Note: The cheddar is melted over the pastrami and bacon before the three meet bread.

The proper Kevorkian is appropriately painful.
