City located on the southern border of Dayton, Ohio. Mostly treated as a suburb of Dayton, but it is its own governmental entity. Largely residential and commercial. Most of the residential streets have sidewalks (a Good Thing, IMHO.... I like being able to walk to Kroger!) One of the better school systems in the region. Named for inventor Charles Kettering.
