A song taught to small children in many Christian sunday schools. The lyrics:

Jesus wants me for a sun-beam,
 to shine for Him each day,
In every way try to please Him,
 at home, at school, at play.

A sun-beam, a sun-beam,
 Jesus wants me for a sun-beam
A sun-beam, a sun-beam,
 Jesus wants me for a sun-beam

{and so on}

I hear this song, and I wonder, "Why does Jesus want to throw me into the sun?" The only way I'll become a sunbeam is if I provide fuel for the sun.
