Onetime wrestling champion at SFU (where one likes to believe he acquired his ursine title,) Jack Lateques (sp?) is a former social worker who has drifted over to the other side of social work as he embarks on his campaign to end poverty in Vancouver by collecting pins and distributing BOPs. Borderline-paranoid and one of Vancouver's best-known landmarks, identified as "that crazy guy."
