| International Noise Conspiracy is a Swedish group made up of Dennis Lykzén on vocals (previously of Refused), Sara Almgren on guitar, Lars Ströberg, guitar & vocals, and Ludwig Dahlberg, drums.
One of the band members once described their sound as "Elvis meets Che Guevara meets Guy Deboard meets The Who at a pool party in Charleswood. Everyone gets naked and heads for the liquor cabinet. The next morning, this is what is found on Roger Daltrey's 4-track." (evidently the Elvis meets Che part is from a Phil Ochs quote).
For a better feel of their sound, just think of Refused with better thought through politics than Rage.
