On Everything2 you need a different URL:
http://everything2.com/index.pl?count=0&node_id=444250&usersearch=USER&orderby=ORDER%20DIR
Where USER is the E2 username, and ORDER is either title, reputation, or createtime (whatever you want to sort by), and DIR is either ASC or DESC for ascending or descending. (Ascending here means forward alpha order, lowest reputation first, or oldest first.)
You can also change the 0 after count= to any other number to indicate where to start in the list; the list will include the next 50 items (or to the end of the list, if there aren't 50 more) after the node you specify.
444250 happens to be the node_id of the current Everything User Search page.
