March is forced to confront the world of her past, including Hollis, a boy she once loved, now a twisted and embittered man she cannot keep away from.
Elegant and lyrical, Hoffman expertly combines a portrayal of small-town life, the theme of a consuming love, believable characterizations and a touch of the magical. |
