Magickal suggestions for getting in touch with the element of air:
Take any one of these herbs that comes in a powder or flake form (Caraway, for instance) and sit outside on a windy day, preferably when the wind is blowing from the east. Hold the powdered herb in your hand and let the wind take it away as you whisper wishes, secrets, or anything else you'd like the wind to know. Try to listen to it and see if anything is revealed to you.

Hang mistletoe at any openings of your house that face the east. Open windows/doors if possible, and allow the wind in your house for part of a day while you sit inside, letting it coat your dwelling.

Acquire some windchimes. Temporarily hang almonds from the chimes with yellow thread if possible, and use it for divination while facing east.
