Horrible sketch-comedy show that ran on HBO in the mid-90's. The premise of the show was a smarmy "tour guide" would take you on a tour of warped television, which was basically a series of television parodies. Most notable of these were "National Pornograhic Explorer", "Def Fly-Fishing Jam" which was two Def Comedy Jam guys on a fishing boat (complete with Fly Girls in another boat next to them), and "Rastapierce Theatre", which featured a spliff-smoking Rastafarian reading excerpts from old sitcoms.
Hardcore TV was also the title of Extreme Championship Wrestling's syndicated weekly show (not the one on TNN), which ceased production after the company folded in early 2001.
