aims to help bridge the gap between

cultures so that people can be more effective and build stronger relationships. This can range from do's and dont's (don't interrupt the speaker in a meeting in Japan, don't be insulted if 5 people speak at once in a meeting in Latin-America) to a study of the underlying values and attitudes that shape the surface behavior.
