Farmer John is a Los Angeles based sausage and meat products company. Their advertising slogans are "eastern most in quality, western most in flavor" and "nothing makes a meal like Farmer John". A longtime sponsor of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Farmer John makes the dodger dog and has Vin Scully as its spokesman. Farmer John products are on the expensive side, but are known for their high quality. The company was founded in 1931 by two brothers, Francis and Bernard Clougherty, and is still family owned and operated.
