Scientific method jargon for able to be disproved. That is, an experiment/theorem should be able to return a clearly positive result, and it should be possible to make an obvious change to the experiment to cause it to produce a negative result, otherwise it is generally considered to be a poorly designed experiment.

Existence hypotheses are not falsfiable, as absence of proof is not proof of absence.
