| One of the longest titles of a Beatles track, this John Lennon number had no title when they began recording it in June/July 1968. A title 'Come On, Come On', the opening words to the song, was considered, but then John confirmed it to be 'Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except Me And My Monkey' and commented, 'That was just sort of a nice line that I made into a song. It was about me and Yoko Ono. Everybody seemed to be paranoid except for us two, who were in the glow of love.' It was included as a track on The Beatles (White Album) double album.
