Full name Dr. Everett V. Scott, credited "a rival scientist" in the credits, his character is ostensibly working for a federal agency investigating the UFO phenomenon and there are hints that he once worked for the Nazis.

His character gets to sing the majority of the song "Eddie."

Played in the movie by Jonathan Adams.
