On a quest to find the source of the Nile, Doctor David Livingstone headed out with no help from Europeans. No one was sure where Dr. Livingstone was so Sir Henry Morton Stanley went searching for him on March 21, 1871. Henry found him sick and short of supplies at Ujiji on Lake Tanganyika and said this famous quote.
