| Devon Garland is an unpasteurised, vegetarian cheese of cow's milk, infused with herbs. It has a grey-brown natural rind, and has a fresh lemony flavour which is ideal for the cheese course of an evening meal. It's fat content is 45%, and is mature from six to eight weeks.
