| A New York City movement created to combat the anti-dance legislation that is being enforced by Mayor Giuliani. Founded by Reverend Jen, Faceboy and Robert Prichard after a club that Prichard had part ownership in was closed down for violating the infamous cabaret law. The DLF as it is called, has coordinated several dance actions since it's inception. The most recent was a Time Square twistathon. The Hungry Marching Band provided the music, and hundreds of DLF protesters twisted away, except for Arty, the Arythmic Ardvark, the DLF mascot who had to work that day.
