A Catholic and Jesuit university in Omaha, Nebraska. A small school, with only about 6,000 students in all programs and schools. In addition to the undergraduate and graduate programs, also has a Medical School, Law School and School of Nursing.
In athletics, Creighton is a NCAA Division I school and is a member of the Missouri Valley Conference. Not a football school, but is one of the top two so-called mid-major basketball powers in the nation (along with Gonzaga University). Known as the Bluejays.
