| A squaredance call. Rhymes nicely with do-si-do, and perhaps suggests that the movements of the dancers are similar to those of a chicken in a...um...bread pan. Maybe that's something you see a lot out in the country.
I've also seen it written "kickin' out dough" which almost makes more sense. |
