Horribly misenforced by the ever vigil^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H erm, CHP.
The hardcopy is bigger than my laptop!
It's a shame the state relies on motorists to educate the vastly misinformed police on the content and changes to the CVC rather than the other way around.
