Lotus's poorly-designed, bug-ridden attempt at an email program. Even when it isn't crashing, or corrupting its database, its normal behaviour is highly sub-optimal. I'd be very embarassed if any program I wrote was this bad, even in an early alpha release, let alone in version 8.

Thought to stand for "Completely Crap:mail".

Also known as "Lotus Suicide Notes," this bloatware is particularly infamous for screwing up lists and reply formatting.

You have no idea how bad cc:Mail is until you have to support it. This piece of software has caused me more grief than any other application, ever! It is just one disaster after another. Truly archaic in every sence of the word (In the traditional Lotus fashion). Can you imagine a mail client that does not support HTML in its 8th release?
