This is a soft drink which I've only ever seen for sale in Texas, and then only at the same dirt-road filling stations that prominently feature Beechnut gum and an old guy in a jumpsuit named Clem who fills your tank and checks your tires.

In short, Blue Nehi is blue cream soda, and in my opinion it's the finest blue cream soda produced. Nehi's other soft drinks suffer from being too sweet or having flavor imbalance (like their second best seller Peach Nehi) but nothing can really compare to a bottle of Blue Nehi.

I've only ever seen it offered in bottles in the 8, 10, and 16 ounce sizes.
