The most famous manifestation of Blackwells is their main bookstore in Oxford. Rumored to be one of the largest in the world, it contains a basement room that appears to have been conceived along the lines of Dante's multiple circles of Hell. But instead of flames and condemned souls, you walk in on the upper level to see a sea of countless books. Very gratifying for a book lover.
