Bath Spa University College

The University College can trace its origins back to 1898. Bath College of Higher Education was formed in 1975 from the merger of two colleges. In 1992, the college was granted taught degree-awarding powers. In 1999, Privy Council agreement was received to change the name to Bath Spa University College.
