BaileMacSeanRuaidh or the town of the son of Sean the Red in Gaelic, obviously too trickey for the English tongue to translate with ease.
A townland on the Great Island in Cork harbour near Walterstown and Ballymore. Famous, NOT, for being home to a few farms and houses, more notably where I grew up. We have the one with the dairy cows and daffodils.
