Conservative Mag, funded by Billionaire Richard Mellon Scaife, which ran the Arkansas Project, a 2.4 Million Dollar Effort overseen by Stephen S. Boynton and David Henderson, which funneled money to Ken Starr witness David Hale.

The magazine is now no longer funded by Richard Mellon Scaife, or his non-profit American Spectator Foundation which is now called the American Alternative Foundation. It's now for-profit and owned by George Gilder who has made his money via technology magazines (The Gilder Report).
