It's the idea that's sweeping the country... instead of silver dollars, just use 99 cent coins!
This will fix Those stupid ad execs who make every price end in 99.

Soon to be followed by the 9 Dollar Bill, The negative penny, and The Barter System.

Another way of dealing with the same problem is the idea that prices should have no more than 2 significant digits.
