computer dork symbol for 'rock'. it is supposed to look like the hand symbol that is often associated with rocking.

Also known as the metal hand or satan hand. Often seen in the following configuration when geeks 'talk' about metal:

According to the yahoos at the church camp I went to (don't ask), it's called the satan hand because it's supposed to represent a goat's head, and also because the index finger, thumb and pinky form three 6's with the curled middle and ring fingers.
